The Talk
Brief
The Talk is a revolutionary PSHE learning platform. Consisting of dynamic video lessons delivered on a Netflix-esque streaming platform, the aim was to help both teachers & students with lessons that prepare children for life beyond school. To do this, we needed to write a bank of high-quality, well-researched scripts. Our content team got to work, as they became the first step in initiating a much needed change in education.
Process
The initial process included deciding on modules and the relevant lesson topics. This included using our collective life experiences to judge the right balance of lessons. We also took care to bear in mind the unique pressures school-aged children face in today’s world. Our content team then researched each lesson in depth, collating all the information needed to cover everything. The writers then followed this up by writing scripts that inform, entertain, and inspire. This was done using professional scriptwriting software, as well as the boundless creativity of our people.

The hard work has paid off – with The Talk set to launch in schools this September, starting with lessons written and delivered by our content team. So far, we have written two full modules of lessons, with a third on the way.
