Tinsdills – Settlement Agreement

Brief

Tinsdills Solicitors sought the help of One Agency’s CRO team to create a high-performing lead generation campaign to improve KPIs for their Settlement Agreement paid media campaign, in particular, conversion rates and CPAs  (Cost per acquisition). 
 
Overall, Tinsdills main focus was driving more consultation appointment bookings, ensuring their paid media budget delivered maximum value.

Process

Our CRO team undertook a comprehensive research process covering quantitative data analysis, interaction analysis, heuristic evaluation, and competitor reviews. To better understand why individuals seek a settlement agreement and the key motivators behind their decision-making, our CRO experts examined several behavioural psychology studies.
 
Their findings identified several factors influencing engagement and conversion performance, which they addressed by creating a custom-built Settlement Agreement Page designed to optimise user engagement and expectations.
 

  • The value proposition above the fold lacked clarity and relevance, reducing its ability to motivate users to explore the page further. By strengthening the value proposition and highlighting unique advantages – such as experience, expertise, and success rate – the CRO team hoped to better position Tindsills Solicitors to potential clients.

  • The testimonials section experienced high drop-off rates, suggesting it was failing to retain user interest. To enhance user engagement, the team introduced a “Why Choose Tinsdills Solicitors?”, highlighting how Tinsdills addresses specific client needs and challenges. Doing so helped to establish trust, credibility, and reliability by showcasing the firm’s experience, expertise, and proven success stories.

  • Users prioritise personalisation, a straightforward process, attention to detail, and clear communication. To further enhance credibility, they created a new web page to strategically leverage Tinsdills’ ‘Excellent Review Solicitors’ ratings throughout and reinforce trust at key decision points.

Results

Through close collaboration with Tinsdills and their compliance team, and One Agency’s content team, the CRO department created persuasive and engaging content and a user experience which successfully increased conversions.
