We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Senior Creative Designer to join our creative team at a leading advertising and marketing agency. This is a key role for someone who brings ideas to the table, thinks conceptually, and knows how to translate a brand story across a full 360° campaign.
You’ll be leading projects from ideation through to execution — blending sharp design thinking with a deep understanding of a wide range of brands, ranging from beauty, to FMCG and beyond. You should be equally confident designing for print as you are for digital, and bring a social-first mindset to your work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative concepts for fully integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social.
- Craft designs that align with brand goals and audience expectations, with a strong grasp of visual storytelling.
- Own the creative process from idea to delivery, ensuring top-quality output at every stage.
- Support and manage approval processes with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Present and communicate work clearly to clients and internal teams — both visually and verbally.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to meetings, calls, and feedback sessions.
- Stay tuned into cultural trends and industry developments to keep our work fresh and relevant.
- Project Leader: Develop the overall creative vision and support with strategy for each project.
- Stakeholder Management: Understand the importance of relationship-building, communication, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Lead Designer: Inspire our team of designers in creating innovative, user-centered, visually compelling designs that align with brand identities and project objective efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all teams in the agency (digital, creative, media and events), to align creative outputs from a creative expert POV. Always provide effective solutions.
- Provide creative support to junior members of the team.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a design or creative role within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking, brand, understanding, and design craft across digital and print.
- Experience working with a range of clients, ideally including beauty brands and FMCG.
- Confidence in presenting and justifying creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable leading projects independently when needed.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Tools & Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – After Effects a bonus)
- Figma – for collaborative design and prototyping
- PowerPoint – for building client-facing presentations and pitch decks
- Midjourney – for quick solutions to ideation
- Motion design experience is a plus, but not essential
