Media Executive/Senior Media Executive
We’re looking for a talented Media Executive or Senior Media Executive (depending on experience) to join our growing media team in Manchester. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers and Directors to plan, activate, and report on best-in-class media campaigns for our clients.

Campaign Planning & Activation
- Support the development and delivery of multi-channel media plans that meet client objectives and budgets.
- Take ownership of planning tasks including research, audience insights, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Data) to ensure seamless campaign delivery from brief to execution.

Media Owner Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners across relevant channels.
- Negotiate added value and secure the best possible activations for clients.
- Stay informed on new opportunities, inventory, and partnership possibilities.

Campaign Management & Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process: briefing, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting alongside Account Managers.
- Provide clear, insightful post-campaign analysis that highlights performance and learnings.
- Ensure all finance and admin processes are accurate and up to date across your accounts.

Client & Team Collaboration
- Attend client meetings and contribute to presentations with confidence.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging media channels to bring fresh thinking to the team.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- 1–2 years of experience in a media planning, buying, or account management role.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball
- A genuine curiosity about media, culture, and what makes great campaigns work.
Desirable
- Experience planning or buying Out of Home (OOH) media.
- Familiarity with media planning tools, reporting platforms, or campaign management systems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
The level of seniority (Media Executive vs Senior Media Executive) will be determined based on your experience and skillset.
