Media Executive
As Media Executive you’ll develop a sound understanding of the breadth of media, assisting in planning and buying the full scope of campaigns. You’ll maintain working relationships with media owners to garner best-in-class plans and deals for clients. You’ll be responsible for the sales administration process so that all booking forms, order forms and internal systems are correct and up to date. You’ll work with account managers to present to clients where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales administration (creating Gantt charts and order forms, organising documents in shared drives. Helping to maintain in-house systems such as workflow, and Hubspot).
- Planning, booking and overseeing all forms of media campaigns from beginning to end. Maintaining communications with media owners and clients with regards to ongoing campaigns
- Post Campaign Analysis, working with research and insight teams, to provide an overview of success and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Assisting the creative department with photography booking by providing campaign details.
- Helping with research projects to increase proactive briefs and campaign bookings
- Build relationships with the wider team to facilitate effective communication across departments
