Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align proposals with client needs and agency capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across target markets and industries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to final proposal and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with the marketing, strategy, and creative teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and other business development opportunities
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM tools
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, forecasting, and revenue goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • 3+ years of business development experience, preferably with agency background
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing agency services (digital, ATL, Creative etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
