AV Media Executive

As an AV Media Executive you’ll develop a sound understanding of the AV market, assisting in planning and buying the of AV campaigns across the UK and EU

 

You’ll maintain working relationships with media owners to garner best-in-class plans and deals for clients. You’ll be responsible for the sales administration process so that all booking forms, order forms and internal systems are correct and up to date. You’ll work with account managers to present to clients where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales administration (creating Gantt charts and order forms, organising documents in shared drives. Helping to maintain in-house systems such as workflow, and Hubspot).
  • Planning, booking and overseeing AV media campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Maintaining communications with media owners and clients with regards to ongoing campaigns.
  • Reviewing and optimising campaigns mid-flight to ensure delivery inline with KPIs
  • Assisting the creative department with production and development of AV creatives, especially any regulations and approvals required
  • Helping with research projects and canvassing for new leads where required.
  • Build relationships with the wider team to facilitate effective communication across departments.
  • Bringing proactive opportunities to the agencies clients and driving incremental revenue
  • Opportunity to upskill across other channels such as OOH, Audio & Print to support wider team
