Responsibilities:

Client Growth & Revenue Generation: You will be an accomplished Account Director with a proven track record of managing at least two clients worth £500k+ and achieving a minimum annual billing of £3 million in revenue. Your dedication to nurturing existing client relationships and exploring new opportunities will be vital to our agency’s continued growth and success.

Strategic Planning & In-Depth Campaigns: Your expertise in selling Research & Insights (R&I) and Strategy plans will be instrumental in guiding our teams to create high-quality, comprehensive, and trackable campaigns. Your profound knowledge of all key media formats, such as OOH, Radio, Press, Print, Digital, TV, and VOD, will enable you to plan and execute larger-scale campaigns effectively.

Business Acumen: As Senior member of the team, you will have a keen eye on the broader business goals and actively seek ways to drive profitability. Your insights and innovative approach will contribute to maximizing profits and identifying growth opportunities.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Your positive and supportive demeanour will make you a natural mentor to new starters, helping them thrive in our agency’s culture. Additionally, you’ll actively share best practices with the team and find ways to empower them to reach their targets successfully.

Collaboration with Account Managers and Executives: Regular dual calling with Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) will foster strong relationships within the team and ensure seamless coordination across all levels.

Leadership & Respectful Communication: Your leadership style will set the tone for a positive and respectful office environment. By leading by example, you will ensure that every interaction is courteous and communication is clear, making everyone in other teams feel appreciated and valued.

Support & Assistance: As a ‘Go-To’ member of the team, you’ll be actively involved in briefs, pitches, planning, and supporting other departments when needed. Your proactive approach to client work, including timely responses to emails and accurate sales administration, will be essential to maintain operational efficiency.

Sales Process & Figures: You will have a clear understanding of the sales process and the team’s progress towards targets. Identifying strengths and weaknesses within the team, you will be proactive in providing support and seeking opportunities for improvement.
