Brief

Cornwall based artisan cheese maker, The Cornish Cheese Co. reached out to One Agency’s Paid Media team for help with a new digital ad strategy. They wanted to increase their ROAS by using a highly engaged shopping campaign to increase the overall sales of their cheese products over the festive period.

Process

With the green light, our Paid Media team adopted an omnichannel approach across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Within, they used a mix of image and video creatives, some styled with a Christmas theme, to showcase the delicious range of cheese and gifts available.

To ensure the ads were reaching the right audience, the team carried out product feed optimisations to make their products more visible in Google shopping results, and focused on audiences with high interests in cheese, gifts, and quality products. As the final push to increase sales, they included multiple promotional offers within the ads to encourage purchases.

Results

The campaign garnered incredible results for The Cornish Cheese Co. and boosted brand awareness by introducing the brand to new customers. Overall, it generated a revenue of £34,494, a spectacular success. ROAS increased by 191% YoY to 8.86, with a ROAS of 20.96 in December.
