Brief
Whilst known globally, Tatcha is a relatively young skincare brand in the UK market but its distribution footprint has been rapidly expanding. To continue breaking through and drive growth at speed, they sought One Agency’s help with a boundary pushing campaign to drive home the efficacy and benefits of their famed Dewy Skin Cream.
Process
Before any designing began, our Motion and Design teams developed a storyboard highlighting the Dewy Skin Cream product packaging, and the 3 skin USPs; skin that’s left hydrated, plumped, and glowing. This was our first ever fully 3D project for POS and OOH, and using physics simulations for the splashes of cream and water. With a compressed deadline, the entire team got stuck in.
To amp up the ‘WOW factor’, we implemented an anamorphic 3D effect which gave the illusion of Tatcha’s products coming out of and past the screen – really putting the product in front of the customer. Our creative team perfectly captured the essence of Tatcha’s stunning, world famous Dewy Skin Cream through an in situ video, bringing the creativity to life beyond traditional photography and videography.
Results
Our final execution was showcased across the country, including exterior and interior D6 billboards in the Trafford Centre, the Cash Desk Screens in Sephora Stratford, Trafford, and Newcastle, as well as permanent screens in SpaceNK on Regent St and Hans Crescent. Not only do we take great pride in the campaign, Tatcha are thrilled with the end result, and have since provided further funding for more OOH to show it off.
