Dean is the Managing Director of One Agency, and captain of the ship. We suggested ‘The Modest One’, but this was quickly scrapped.
Before creating One Agency, he’d held over 17 years’ experience working in the media industry. Working for global companies such as Titan, CBS Outdoor and Bauer Radio, he has delivered national campaigns for a mix of clients.
Dean held his first ever job at Burger King. If you asked him, he’d probably tell you he did the best burger flipping the business has seen. It’s gone downhill ever since he left.
Vickie’s skill set lies within planning and managing campaigns from start to finish. Now she’s running One Agency, she can really use her best skill of all – bartering for a better buying rate!
Vickie started her media sales career at just 16, in London.
My career has enabled me to work across almost all sectors, moving to Manchester in 2008 to work at Key 103 Radio.
When she’s not planning multimedia campaigns, she’s watching football and muttering cockney rhyming slang.
Dan is part of One Agency Digital’s Project Management team, the glue that keeps client projects together and pushes them to generate maximum return.
From taking client briefs to delivering proposals and general box-ticking, he ensures that all of our clients’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Hailing from South Africa, Tammy has a rich career history spanning the past 10 years where she’s honed her through-the-line marketing offering from traditional radio and print, to content marketing and PR, pay per click, and email marketing.
Tammy’s background includes senior roles such as Head of Editorial for Groupon South Africa, Chief Marketing Officer for a leading Online Food Ordering Service and Marketing Manager for product discovery and comparison site, PriceCheck. Tammy later decided to make the move over to Manchester to become Marketing Manager of a blockchain innovation company.
Tammy is married and spends most of her time outside work with her adorable Jack Russell called Daisy-Boo. She’s also working on compiling a secret dictionary of weird Mancunian slang with a short chapter about her hatred for “brown sauce” (we think it’s pretty mint…).
At One Agency, Chris is responsible for the leading, guiding, mentoring and training of the digital team.
He manages the daily operations, overseeing digital projects and ensuring that all clients receive the best service.
It is also Chris’ responsibility to have the most outrageous shirt, tie or ringtone in the office – often all at once.
Steph manages all production at One Agency. She works with some of our largest clients over many different media formats. She liaises with clients to obtain artwork, always making sure it is the correct specification for the campaign.
She then co-ordinates the printing and dispatch to ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
Steph’s first job was on the deli in Sainsbury’s. We hope that you all checked your sandwiches before taking a bite back in the 90s…
Steph loves red wine and tapas, both at the same time if she can help it.
Gemma was offered her first job in sales as a teenager after a short apprenticeship that saw her performing better than anyone else in her team.
After working in radio for many years, she’s moved to One Agency because she loves being able to deliver whatever services her clients need, not just what she wants to sell. She’s like cupid, but for advertising.
Her favourite hobby is going on long walks, so she’s recently bought a little French bulldog to take with her, because you really are nothing without the right accessories.
Lauren has 10 years of experience in media sales. Most recently she worked for Clear Channel, selling out of home media, working with a broad range of clients.
Lauren built up an impressive client base in the fashion & retail sector, before eventually making her way home to One Agency.
In her spare time, Lauren loves to shop and travel. She also once jumped out of a plane from 14,000 feet, just to reach the shopping centre at ground level. Just kidding, it was for charity. We think.
Steve has professional sales experience accumulated over many years, enabling him to draw on the good (and bad) seen across the industry – to help deliver the best levels of service to clients.
In his spare time, Steve loves all things football, particularly his beloved Bolton Wanderers. Spare a thought for Steve and his many years of disappointment.
He also loves watching his two sons play football, who as children are already better than he will ever be. Steve likes reading about football too. We think Steve likes football.
Gareth (AKA Gaz) is West Midlands born and bred. This also means he’s an avid Birmingham City fan, although the word ‘reluctant’ is probably more apt.
Gaz is educated to HND level in graphic design, and he has deep rooted creative, branding and digital experience. He has worked on both the agency and client side of things, more so the former.
At One Agency, Gaz deals with web design, branding and UX. With 10 years of web design and WordPress development experience, it’s a job he excels at.
Gaz loves cinema, particularly world cinema. Whether it’s an Oscar-winning masterpiece or an obscure Kung-Fu cult classic, he loves a good film.
A graduate in Graphic Design from the University of Bolton, Natalie has over five years of agency experience as a Graphic Designer. With a career history predominantly focusing on educational sector advertising and marketing, Natalie’s turned her hand to creating wall graphics, website designs, printed materials, packaging, vehicle graphics… we could go on.
In her spare time, Natalie loves all things gigs, festivals, animals, beaches, Wagamamas, the colour green…and gin.
Olly got his degree in Graphic Design at Falmouth University and has since amassed 2 years of experience in the industry working both B2C and B2B.
In his role as Graphic Designer at One Agency, he is responsible for the various design aspects of web design, adverts, social media, branding, packaging and more. He regularly does ‘Olly’s One Hour Challenge’, in which Olly takes an hour to rebrand a popular name in his own unique style. You can check them out here.
In his spare time, Olly likes to watch & play Rugby, go travelling, and hatch plots to take down Sherlock Holmes whilst maintaining his magnificent beard.
Amy interned at One Agency whilst in her final year at university, before taking on the role of Content Executive.
Before then, she had jobs in after-school clubs, restaurants, bars, hostessing for an events agency…pretty much anything to facilitate her passion for dining out whilst she completed her studies. Her friends often pay her in drinks to write their cover letters – so if you want a job, it’s going to cost you.
Amy’s hobbies and interests include showing off her cocktail skills to her friends, complaining about the news, finding flights under £30, and defending Taylor Swift. Considering that last one, she probably has the hardest job of all.
As Digital Content Manager for One Agency Digital, Connor’s day-to-day undertakings vary, covering a vast array of responsibilities. However, he specialises in content and copywriting for clients’ online and broader digital needs, from SEO to blog posts and beyond.
Connor’s writing experience stems from his study of filmmaking at university, during which time he focused heavily on screenwriting. He also dabbled in online and print feature writing for various publications.
Connor’s number one passion/interest is the arts, namely film and TV. He fervently supports his two Manchester clubs – Manchester United, and Belle Vue Aces (Speedway).
Meabh (pronounced like Maeve, or however you like) first got into the digital industry through a university placement, during her Marketing Management course at Manchester Metropolitan.
She has since gained over 4 years of experience in a range of areas, including content, social media, influencer marketing and PR.
In this time, Meabh has worked across a wide variety of sectors such as retail, food & drink, travel, pet, finance and beauty.
At One Agency, she is responsible for outreach strategy & implementation, alongside wider content and copywriting duties within the SEO team.
In her spare time, Meabh likes to travel whenever possible, go for walks in the lakes with her dog, and take in a good musical – a fact that is, sadly, well represented on the office playlist.
Hazel is our finance assistant at One Agency and brings with her a wealth of finance experience within the food industry, from a career spanning the past 25 years.
A passionate fan of Manchester City, Hazel has proudly owned her season ticket for the blues for 37 years. Outside of work, Hazel’s three-year-old son, Jack certainly keeps her on her toes along with her two dogs, a Jack Russell called Millie and Boo the Chihuahua.

As well as being our main driver, delivering unforgettable advertising experiences for our clients, he is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our many vehicles.
Graham is the master of all the technical aspects that keep our digital screens running across the country.
As logistics operations manager for One Agency, it’s Chris’ responsibility to ensure the smooth running of any campaign launched with our digital fleet of ad vans and buses.
Through rain or shine, prom to music festival, Chris is there working tirelessly across all our digital ad van and bus bookings helping to get our clients noticed.

Currently in her final year at university studying Journalism, Maddy joins the One Agency content and social media team on an internship whilst supporting her studies. Anees has experience in both PPC and SEO through two previous roles at digital marketing agencies.
At One Agency Digital, he has the role of PPC Executive, handling the running of pay-per-click campaigns for many of our clients.
