Micro-site for NHS initiative

We were tasked by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) to create a micro-site for a local NHS initiative called Waiting Well, which was to provide people with information and guidance whilst waiting for delayed treatment across Greater Manchester.

The central challenge lay in creating a site that could effectively host a range of different content, including extensive page content, FAQs, posts, and a large selection of links to other resources.

The process for this project was two-fold. Firstly, we had to sort through a large volume of content provided by the client. This included proofreading, editing, and rewriting across the board, as well as formatting based on the proposed site build. Alongside this, our web team set out to build a site that offered a smooth, simple user experience that delivered on the promise of ease of access to much-needed information.

We delivered as promised – a functional, easy-to-use micro-site that effectively delivered all the information people needed.

Your team are fabulous, so responsive and helpful, as it has been and still is massively complicated with all the people I have to link in with this side on content.
